Rkk Associates LLC is a quality provider of IT Trainer Consultants, both contract and permanent. We are experts in all kinds of leading edge computer software and hardware technologies. Many of our consultants have MCT, CNI, CLI, CTT and other certifications. We work closely with MICROSOFT, NOVELL, LOTUS and other major vendors on their future products. We have many trainers employed or on contract in all locations, in addition we have a large pool of several thousand that have registered with us.
We serve many of the leading Training and IT Consulting Organizations, as well as most of the Vendor Authorized & Independent Training Organizations. We teach classes On-Site at clients location.
In addition to teaching thousands of classes a year and placing training personnel throughout the world, we are also a complete trainer consulting organization providing complete solutions for our clients including: new program & product training, training trainers, complete trainer management, classroom setup and courseware customization.
We do not have our own classrooms. We do not compete with our training company clients though we partner with them to provide more cost effective or full service training. Because of our specialization in IT Trainers only and economies of scale our average gross margins and fee pricing is usually less than one half of the typical consulting company, staffing agency or training company.
Rkk Associates LLC guarantees its quality in instructors and service. Our trainer quality results from the detail history we have with our many existing instructors, and the detail qualifying and development we do with each of our new instructors. We have separate Contract and Permanent Placement Divisions. Our management, as pioneers in the IT Commercial Training Industry, knows your business. Customer service representatives, recruiters, sales people and consultants in each division are assigned to various geographic locations to provide our clients and instructors personal service.
